Be Still

“Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth” Psalm 46:10.

I work too much and I worry too much. How about you? If you are anything like me, you are stressed out from life. I believe it’s the time in which we live that has us in this frenzied state of working too much and always being busy. Our bodies seem to always be in motion. Even now, my fingers are moving at rapid speed over this keyboard while my son is texting and my grandson is playing a video game. We are constantly in action, and I wonder how we are able to hear God through this constant state of movement.
